Mame emulator mac os x intel

Now that 97% of everyone is on OS X (warning: made-up statistic!), many of them on Intel Macs, I don't see much talk about emulation.

I realize that most people only needed to emulate the Classic OS from a newer Mac because the Classic environment wasn't fast enough or not compatible with some old Mac program.
